Hope to see Samsung do something to protect their customers' privacy. It could be good business. Buying expensive devices so as to get our privacy screwed by any small time app developer has gotten very concerning for many .

Fantastic screen and hardware in general but software wise and app wise is behind the iPad. DeX is half baked and it won’t work with every app while those that work will often crash or freeze. An entry level iPad will be way more useful than this thing; it doesn’t only get way better apps and as such you can do more things than the tab, but also costs significantly less.

Hopefully they will eventually get to 4yrs like they do for their enterprise editions.

As usual it is the Benchmark champion and nothing more.
There is nothing on the iPad that will be done better than the Galaxy Tab.
"It doesn't really matter that the iPads can crunch numbers faster than the Galaxy because in real life, there really isn't any difference in speed or performance. You will have a hard time finding a game that runs better on Apple's devices, let alone an office or productivity app."

Google + Developers need to jump on the tablet train just now. Apple's Ipad pro gets all necessary Programs you need to really work on a tablet. Video editing, Audio editing, Photo editing, CAD-Tools. Android doesn't offer porgrams like this, which is a shame seeing the tab s6 and s7 lineup.

Give some of your efforts on Android for tablet.
If Tab S7 didn't have the Dex feature this would have blown away by Apple like it was in the past. At least Samsung has some advantage now.

I would consider this if 5 years of the OS upgrade could be promised. To challenge the iPad Samsung needs to do this first. My wife's cousin sister has an M40 that lost the autofocus of the camera after an update, and it has already been more than a month, but Samsung could not fix it by a software update, which is fairly simple. I would not like a similar disaster in an expensive tablet.

Or 5h of video with galaxy buds. Its sad as video watching is one of main points for buying, at least looking at tests, yet they went for ''cool'' jack-less feature. Wish sony made a tablet finally.
