I'll be honest, I am in the market for purchasing a new phone this month and this one was in the 'shortlist. But after reading this review I think this phone is out. Too many critical cons (Horribly calibrated screen with 60Hz cap?!? The beginning of a Xiaomi like advert push??? One acceptable camera and added token junk sensors!!) that I just can't put up with.

Seriously Oneplus has lost all its charm of being flagship killer. Not only its expensive its way below expectation of all users. Many of my friends have who were Oneplus fans have already switched to other brand. Hope Oneplus is reading this or I think they will loose their market very soon.

Got the 6Gb variant been using it for a week.
This phone has mixed reviews. So buy it if u r not looking for best cam experience.
My set has no bluetooth probs. No screen probs and nothing much as an issue.The phone heats up but that is due to fast charging . .fast charging is realky quick.
And yes it has an ugly front cam......lol
But the screen is amazing ...litrelly and smooth too.
But the main thing for me was the camera..
On first use the camera literally sucks..especially if we are using it indoors. My old nokia takes beter shots indors..and the nightscape mode and macro are a piece of ****.No use..but if you know how to use the camera then it is a really great piece out doors it is gradient and really good but you should know how to take shots properly. Some images are just amazing. And again the portrait mode is a piece of ****.it blurs out evrything.... Actually the only use is of the front 48 MP camera.and it really does good. It's good for making videos and especially in slow motion.
Rest of the phone is really good and I am happy with it.
So if u r looking for best perfomance and for smooth op experience then go for it.

I owned a nord for 3 days before asking to return it, the double front camera was confusing when how poor the rear 2megapixel macro was...and generally how bad the cameras were anyway.
Battery life, for me was never good. I had 7 days total with the phone, I wasn't at all happy with the battery life, performance or camera.
I also thing the included case /cover was pretty naff, although slightly welcome as it doesn't tell you anywhere it's included.
Everyone is saying the phone is nuts for the price, but it's all hype BS, it's crap.

You forgot to mention painful bug of factory reset issue. What good will it make to having good build, camera, software, display, speed and hype, when you can not use your device. I and my cousin had reset issue with our devices wiping a lot of important things. When you are writing so thorough about device that too on different pages to increase your page visits you should address it too.

I am using nord 8gb/128 gb variant. I realised that I cannot screen cast Netflix/hotstar to my smart tv inspite of OnePlus claiming to have L1 widevine certification. I only get black screen and audio. Not sure if this issue is only with my phone or every nord. Have you tested it ?

Just be fair to G... moreiPad pro bends and it is not poor build quality. Likewise he is talking about build material quality. Good grade plaste.
