It has already been pointed to the snail photo as an example of how grass and foliage are rendered by the iPhone and Google on one hand, and the latest Huawei and Xiaomi. Look at it, before you blurt out your sweeping, strong opinions.

DangerousDroid, 04 Nov 2020Laughing with my x2 Pro by oppo Find X2 pro is one of the best all round premium phones of the year.
Too bad it never launched in my country.
IPhone 12 pro on the other hand is labeled as premium by media but lacks the
premium HW/SW experience offered by other flagships released this year.

Not really amazed by the camera at all with such a high price point. My POCO F2 Pro can take on par photos. Low light photos are even much better when using the mod GCam app on my POCO.

My friend's iphone 12 pro max thermal throttles and severe stutters after 20 minutes of codm and LOL wildrift, and its even worse when we play PUBG mobile, his game crashed every 30 minutes!, and I just bought my mate 40 pro on huawei (because we both pre ordered a phone but on different brand), even i pulled my xiaomi redmi note 9 pro to play so that he can catch up im not suprised and also not impressed, a14 struggled while my almost 1 year xiaomi phone can play 30-60 fps in pubg i less than 2 hours with high settings, same goes for the mentioned games above all on high graphics or so and thats just snapdragon 720g!!, i dont know if was a factory defected product or the a14 is just a lying piece of hardware, or apple sucks now? how did this happened?, and to think we played real time and together almost close to our wireless!

How about you interview every person that has a phone with 960fps and see if they use it, eh?
Or if you're this good at predicting stuff, stop wasting your time on internet forums and start guessing lottery numbers and buying mansions.
Or better yet, spend all that money on your beloved android phones.

iOS Never Again, 05 Nov 2020Who uses 960fps recording? People who have it on their phones (All Android flagships from ... more960fps is horrible. The idea itself is great, the problem is very crappy video quality, which make it feature which you try once and forget it. I'm surprised someone stil keep having that feature, it haven't improved at all since first phone had it. It's like that Samsung space zoom, no real use, but fun at first try.

It is completely... moreOnly pixel and iPhone put hdr on default coz they have tiny "REGULAR BAYER" sensor.
Look at my original comments, I said Apple engineers can't get their algorithm right to extract best quality out Quadbayers while manufacturers like Huawei and others can.

It is completely dumb to compare cameras that use different sensor size.
Do you see anyone comparing APSC vs Full Frame? No.
Do you see anyone complaining 1" cannot outperform APSC? No.
Someone has to be stupid to expect a 1/1.7" to outperform 1/1.2".
Being Quadbayer does not make it any better.
48MP QB gives same amount of details as 12MP Bayer.
It is popular because they are cheaper to make (smaller pixels) and Sony can still charge high price.
Another secret you can now add to your very restrict knowledge about the subject.
Readout speed decreases as you increase sensor size.
This is why many small mobile cameras like 1/2.6" and 1/2.3" can do 24Mp @ 30, 40 fps while APSC and FF cannot.
Please, turn off HDR on other phones and tell me how much you like the completely white sky on cloudy days. I suppose you know brands put HDR on by default just because dxomark at expense of correct white balance, motion blur free etc ....
