Waiting for iPhone 13 pro max, but I really hope it will have 6.5" again, 6.7" is simply too big :( Everyone says it... Also, hoping for at least slightly more MP in main and wide camera, to capture more details and of course 120hz.

Those are 200$ (270$ exactly) phones with "5G antennas", 'big' cameras, under display FINGERPRINT scanner, 3.5mm jack, expandable storage, Radio FM receiver & 22.5w fast charger 'included in the box'!
IF that 200$ phones even able to offer 4500mAh battery besides ALL the pro I mentioned above, why 800$ hyphone can't?

I think a 4.5 inch screen phone without any bezels would make a perfect mini. I still find the iPhone mini a bit too big.

None of them. Get an Android phone like a Oneplus instead of a locked down, overpriced Fruit phone that can't even do 120hz or proper multitasking and has a puny battery to boot. There, saved you hundreds of dollars.
