The integration of the Mediatek Dimensity 800U is the best feature of the Realme 7 5G phone. It will not only ensure powerful performance but also maintains the price value making it affordable for all

One usable camera, low resolution display for the size with a not all that big battery given its overall bulk.
It's OK for the price but really offers nothing very exciting.

This will be a popular phone, so developer community support shouldn't be an issue.
But the Mediatek chip might be a hindrance to the developer community.

This is where the Snapdragon based Redmi Note 10 Pro will shine through.

I love how the GSM team threw shade on SD 765 with it's not so great battery efficiency lmao xDD
Both Dimensity 820 and 1000+ have shown better battery life than 765, despite the one nanometer difference lol

Look in the performance section..

"The far-more noticeable advantage it has on its side is the 120Hz display refresh rate, which offers a tangible increase in perceived performance. Everything just feels and looks snappier and more responsive at 120fps.
Crucially, the Realme 7 5G has no issues maintaining a mostly stable 120fps within its UI and in most productivity apps. The only real performance gripe we have with the device is its apparent current inability to actually run games at anything above 60fps."

They just disabled gaming above 60fps to not push the gpu hard as this is not a flagship SOC or gpu. Can be easily removed with a software update.

You still think there is no point of having high refresh rates???
Clearly you have never experienced 120hz display smartphone as a daily driver.

120hz display with 5g and it still gets 129hr Endurance rating. That's how it's done Apple.
Not to forget that one can fully charge that big 5000mAh battery in 1hr.

Check your video samples, most of them seem to be incorrectly named. 2x / 5x videos are completely different for 4K and FHD and the namings are wrong in the stabilised test (EIS off sample is stable unlike EIS on)

"The only real gripe we honestly found with the Realme 7 5G is its poor handling of the 120Hz refresh rate - we couldn't play any games at 120Hz. That's something that can probably be fixed via software, but we can't know for sure."

this seems to be the case with most Android phones with a high refresh rate and it's not an overstretch to say that
no point of having high refresh rates if only a few apps take advantage of it
heck a lot of phones still stutter at 120hz *cough* samsung

Mali G57 and G77 are the same...
The naming comes from the number of cores :
- from 1 to 6, it's G57
- from 7 to 16, it's G77

Both G57 and G77 are made of 2 clusters of 16 lanes...
It makes 32 lanes per core, 96 lanes for the whole G57mc3

G76 is made of 3 clusters of 8 lanes...
It makes 24 lanes per core and...96 lanes for the whole G76mc4...yes, the same!

G57mc3 and G76mc4 are very close...differences will come from frequency. On Helio G95, frequency is high, 900mhz...on long sessions, we can expect better framerates on G57mc3 due to lower frequency and better building process (7nm)
