It's about ui navigation, transition seamlessness, and the overall smoothness of the phone as well: whether you're just going to your messaging app, or scrolling down a web page, or even just swiping left and right for the OC in you. A higher refresh rate elevates the feel of the mobile experience significantly more than a lower one. This QOL detail may be minute to those who haven't enjoyed it, but to those of us who have, you just can't go back.
Xavier, 12 Dec 2020Does this phone have Knox??No, it does not. Since it runs OneUI CORE, secure folder is also missing. A shame GSM Arena doesn't mention it in their review.
Anonymous, 12 Dec 2020Poco x3 bas 120hz and lcd. Si it's berger in both refresh rate and display typeXiaomi LCD is shittt as compared to Samsung Amoled. As far as media consumption is concerned you won't even use those high refresh features. There may be some game supporting high refresh rate but that too is quite nitche market. Majority would prefer Amoled if they understood they are getting fooled by high refresh rate marketing. May be after 2-3 years when YouTube and others streaming services will support 90fps+ content then it will make more sense to have a high refresh display.
Xavier, 12 Dec 2020Does this phone have Knox??Yup it has knox security with latst update is also got a secure folder.

The only advantage of A... moreBurn-ins are easily avoidable if you don't put screen brightness to 100% all the time. My own AMOLED has absolutely no issues, and I really appreciate the incredible low-light brightness (basically, in my dark bedroom, the screen produces almost no light at all, perfect for low-light stuff on my phone)
First day I charged it upto 100%.in morning. It drained to 10% on third day around 12 pm . Never turned off data during the time, watched online movies. You can customize almost everything. It's worth.

Notesh, 12 Dec 2020Why are some people saying Amoled screen is a con? Amoled has better colours and true blacks. ... moreBetter colours? Nope. AMOLED has PWM. AMOLED still has burn-in issues. The only advantage of AMOLED over a time tested tech like LCD is the infinite contrast ratio which in turn provides deep/pitch black and also as the black pixels are practically never lit the power consumption is also less. Overall in no way AMOLED is better than a well calibrated LCD.
Notesh, 12 Dec 2020It should be noted that One UI has a lot more productivity and customisation features. Yes, and 10% of them are practical and the rest for 2-year olds' play.

OneUI is considered heavy because Samsung changed almost all aspects compared to the stock AOSP. And OneUI is just average in battery efficiency because of bloatware and Samsung own apps like Galaxy Store.
Photos are over sharpened noisy mess
Apart A from the difference in color science is M51's camera any better than A71's?
Notesh, 12 Dec 2020Why are some people saying Amoled screen is a con? Amoled has better colours and true blacks. ... moreamoled has blue pixels that fades away very quickly
amoled compared to micro-Led is nothing
still for high usage of your display you are better go with mini-led, until micro-Led,mini-led is the best for hours and hours of screen ON
Why are some people saying Amoled screen is a con? Amoled has better colours and true blacks. That is important.
Also, another site ran a poll asking people to choose between 60Hz amoled and high RR lcd. The amoled won.
