Anyone else notice a huge degradation in camera quality since the last update? I can't take crisp images of the moon anymore and even my daytime pics aren't as detailed as before.
Yeah...samsung has "accidental touch protection " feature on my galaxy j4+ actually and it is fairly accurate all the time. Yeah it's a cheap phone but it has that feature...so I'd say samsung already figured how out how to prevent accidental touch

With cases on, a little bit of gram makes a huge difference on handling and ergonomics especially like the review says that the top of the phone is heavier than the bottom part. I really hope they find a way to trim the weight down a little without sacrificing battery life.
raycon , 17 Jul 2021I have this phone and I totally hate it, haven't hated anything more in my life. Samsung... moreYou can easily change the icons with the galaxy themes store or use a icon pack within nova launcher
Anonymous, 16 Jul 2021What is a better deal S20 Ultra for 680€ or should I spend extra 320€ to get S21 Ultra .... it... moreIt depends on whether it is exynos or Snapdragon version, whatever the Snapdragon is, go for that one
The advantages of S21U is that it can keep 2K and 120Hz together, S20U cannot, also pencil support, the cameras stayed the same only the telephoto lenses changed and probably received a review, but most important of all this, the fingerprint reader received a review, you can search YT to get an idea of its speed, and if none of these factors, and 1 year less update are important, save your money and go for S20U, it is what I would do, but I don't know your needs
Sean, 18 Jul 2021This sounds like a normal initial review rather than a long term review. A long term review sh... moreYes, and at the beginning they said that it would not be about that, but it was not like that, I think it should be a more subjective review based on personal experience, a few sheets were enough, but they wanted to do it in the normal reviews model, of: Software and performance, camera, battery, screen, speakers etc. I think that was his mistake
UniverseFulfilled, 18 Jul 2021Best phone of the year, bar none! The year is not over, I think you should refrain from those statements, missing P50 (if we do not count its lack of Google), Google pixel 6, Honor 50, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3,
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, Foldable Google Pixel
Huawei Mate 50 Pro, and the odd one that they announce with Snapdragon 888+
My Exynos S21 Ultra worked like a charm in gaming untill 3 days ago. For example, Real Racing 3 was running at 120fps constantley regardless the temperature, only minor drops over 43°C. Since 3 days afi, even at 30°C, it never goes higher than 60-70 fps and temp just stays at 38-39°C. I had the same problem with my ex Note 10+: worked at maximum 60 fps (as the screen permited) for whole 1 and a half year even at 42°C+, then suddenly droped to 25-30 fps regardles the temperature of the phone. At that time i went to the Samsung service and they had changed the screen, CPU/GPU and the battery. None of those parts where damaged but they replaced them anyway after i told them of this issue. Unfortunatley the issue was still there like nothing changed. Now i can go again to the Samsung service with my S21 but after the experience with the all renewed Note 10, i fear that i will change hardware parts for nothing. It is a software limitation that takes place after some time? Did someone else has this issue? Please don't reply if you don't know abot this issue.

In South Africa we don't get the snapdragon version. I don't pay such a huge amount for a phone with a junk processor. I will rather keep my Mate 20 Pro

Samsung... moreThat I agree with, hate those childish icons.
That coupled with Samsung's need to randomly move stuff around in Settings and change how standard functions work drives me nuts.
I have S21 Ultra and iPhone 12. The heaviness of S21 hampers its usability as a daily driver. I wanted to use it often but it is so heavy. But when I use iPhone 12 I really miss the screen size of S21 Ultra. I hope the next Ultra remains at 200 grams like the Note 20 Ultra. The use of S21 Ultra is only when travelling especially that many people are now vaccinated and almost all countries are open for tourism. The zoom lens is just wonderful.
Putting the SIM tool in to the mic hole does nothing, as the mic (like every other phone) is at the end of another hole that's in the side of the visible hole. Call yourselves phone reviewers, sheesh.
