My f 480,has problem. When unlock botton press don't unlock. When press to lock,viwe the call log. And didn't work down,right side key.. But can switch øff. Help me to solve this

M using F480 frm last 2 yrs n satisfied wit it. But now, i've two issues n need help:
1)I've forgot the admin password n want to reset?
2)Not able o connect to web. APN settings r correct
