I’ve been using this phone since its announcement. Mine has a Snapdragon 888 5G processor, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. After nearly four years as my daily driver, what can I say? It’s been a great phone—fast, snappy, with excellent features and high-quality cameras. I’ve taken countless photos, especially since I travel frequently for work, and the camera quality has been impressive.
Samsung’s OneUI is one of the best software experiences out there—intuitive, easy to learn, and enjoyable to use. Samsung DeX has been a game-changer for me. As someone who gives a lot of presentations, being able to use my phone instead of a laptop while traveling is a huge convenience.
However, over time, I’ve noticed the phone slowing down. Newer OneUI updates and apps seem more demanding, which likely contributes to the lag. The battery, which used to last all day, now struggles to make it through a full day, so I’ve started carrying a power bank. That said, the picture quality still holds up well, and the photos remain a pleasure to look at. One downside is that I don’t have access to newer AI features that could make life easier.
If you’re considering buying this phone, I recommend opting for a model with more RAM and storage for better longevity. Also, keep in mind that Android 16 will be its last major update, with security updates ending in 2026.
Overall, it’s a solid phone, but you can feel it aging faster compared to newer flagships.

I've been using S21 FE for more than 2 years now. Undoubtedly the battery has lessened by day. But after One UI 7 update surprisingly I'm getting very good battery backup. It never happened before!

I'm on my way to buy the S21 FE now. I've been doing research on the phone. With the price it's at now with the specs it's a really good phone. Though I get mixed reviews everywhere. There they say it's a really good phone and they recommend it...here the phone is bad and a waste of money. I'll have to trust my own judgement.

The S21 FE is a great phone in 2024. The only downside is the battery life is meh since the phone overheats. But you could always get a battery pack from Amazon for around $10-$30 dollars.

Don't forget to mention that the phone overheats and the battery is only good when the phone is new as it drains fast after 4 months or so

My S21FE currently got 4 horizontal green line or dead pixel(I assume as it appears whiter than any lines), I saw Samsung introduce free screen replacement programme starting from Note 20 model until the latest model(From vanilla to Ultra) but left out the FE. That's totally a bummer and dissapointing since I read lots of people having this issue.
