I read ur reviews.....n now m confused whether i shud go for this 5800 xpress ... morewell if camera is your priority, i would suggest don't for 5800, but the music quality in 5800 is the best till date, really.
So, I would suggest you n85, as it is a decent 5mp cam and music is also gr8 here, with all the latest nseries features,vitually unlimited app support, fm transmitter etc..

280 euro LG Viewty with 5mp Camera 120fp... morewhat the hell?
HTC touch in whole shit . i had it for 0ne week,
LG KU990 is the old phone, just got camera? u need camera? ok go for the digital camera for 200 euro.
Iphone is just for fashion, nothing got . that is cool to surf internet. can not still support java .
the other guys does not have any platform, here u can get 5800 for 380$
no problem at all after upgrading the firmware and dont forget this is not the high end N series and is the first experience for nokia.

Wouldn't you be better off with:
280 euro LG Viewty with 5mp Camera 120fps video?
270 euro LG Secret 5mp and 11.8mm thin?
260 euro iPhone 1gen with fluid touch interface?
260 euro Samsung Tacco 5mp?
220 euro HTC touch?
300 euros for a faulty interface is hardly a bargain.

i have this phone for almost 2 weeks with firmware V 11.0.008.
it is working perfect. no problem at all. i agree the camera is poor but hey there is no more problem guys. the previous firmware got much problem and now with new version all those issues already fixed.
so just buy this phone and enjoy
pls do not forget u pay 380 us $ for the phone which got these much functions
for me the built quality got no problem. just need update the firmware

the nokia 5800 have a main problem...
audio fault that make the earpeace micro voice level go down and up alone while ur talking and the same faul in micro,,, we have 2 phones with the same problem! any help??

I thought that GSM Arena was on Nokia's side, but I see they very objective, is a very true review, I was waiting this phone since was announce it, and now I don't know if I really want to buy it, for me always was an issue why not 5mpx camera? but well at least is a 3.2 Carl Zeiss but is to bad camera, and the UI is bad too, you can see is a new UI, but apple is a new UI too, and see the success they have. Thank GSM ARena, now I know I shouldn't buy this phone.I want a very fast at least 5mpx camera and touchscreen, what do u recommend??
