I want to know if i would be able to upgrade the HTC Touch Diamond 2 operating system from the 6.1 its going to be coming with to the 6.5 when it comes out later in the year.

Best HTC Diamond2 Review I have seen.
The fact that you started your review with the new zoom bar, I had little doubt that this would be an informed review.
Does the zoom bar work on contact details?
Can you override the default behaviour of blacking the screen when making calls - the Diamond has a Cab file to keep screen permanently on.
I have a Diamond currently.

HTC, watch out, Toshiba is coming!
Improve Touch Pro2, you still have a time. Add some more features, Touch Pro2 is big enough, I'm sure you don't use its volume, size completely!!!
Now with such a bundle phones of different brands we have a basis to compare. HTC, you are in the right direction, but with the wrong tempo. Do not slow up !

I certainly do like the looks of the new HTC Touch Pro 2. I am a bit disappointed at some of the features. Why only a 3MP camera? And Why no Flash to go with it? If Gigabyte can add an 8MP cam with flash to their S1240, why cant HTC do the same thing with their phones?

Quite bigger then HTC Touch Pro, but the new features are not that much. I expect more from the final version, even better battery with higher capacity. The weight will increase with some 5-15g, but who cares it is bulky anyway.
I do not need flach, even a camera, but HTC put one just to increase your sales in order to have money for new developments. A lot of people do not want what is Pocket Personal Computer and just look at the commercial features!

wong edhan, 18 Feb 200965000 colors?65k colours is a software limitation. Without the tech jargon, 65k colours is the specificed cap to avoid inefficient power use. In a nutshell, because of the O/S, anything higher than 65k would be inefficient. Also technically, its not 65,000 because the bits, bytes system works in blocks of 1,024. The XXk terminology is often used. E.g. 65k, 262k.

4x4, 19 Feb 2009HTC Touch Pro2 is a copy of Nokia N97... I think that Nokia N97 is better of HTC Pro2No its actually N97 a copy of Touch Pro. Touch Pro 2 is the successor to Touch Pro. Actually the N97 is a copy of the SE Xperia which is a copy of the Touch Pro line. Check your facts first.
