People often complaint that SE phones does not feel solid.Inspite of having such a high potential their sales have dropped down constantly.I hope this one climbs over the expectation of the people.....................

Don't really bother much if nokia is better than SE, vice versa. Here in the Philippines, Nokia just suffers too much from price depriciation. A nokia phone you will get for XX price now will be half it's price in six months, while a competing SE model would still fetch 3/4s of it's original price when you sell it.
That's why I always go for an SE... coz when I do decide to get an upgrade, I can sell my old phone for more money.^^

sujoy, 16 Mar 2009N86 specs r good but nowadays nokia build quality is bit of an issue...I heard that N85's nump... moreIt is true, cuz i got an n81, bought it when it first came out, and after 3 -4 months of use, my keypad kinda jsut pealed away.....also, the fone would turn off constantly, and when i pressed the up button, it goes left and so on . had to get it fixed, lol thankfully it was still under warrantee =P

I tried the W995@WMC and the phone is really stylish.The brush metal look really gives it an edge over any of its competitiors.The phone has a very solid feel and the slider is real smooth.I had used samsung and nokia slider phones before but compared to those the slider of W995 is heavenly.The display is crystal clear.And now with the 3.5 mm audio jack what more can we ask from SONY ERICSSON.May the force be with you :)

While nokia is... moreN86 specs r good but nowadays nokia build quality is bit of an issue...I heard that N85's numpad cracks in 4 months of usage...also Nokia has some or other firmware issues for at least 6 months of phone relese..everyone is not tech savey soo they tend to thing now that nokia make poor phones...also there is virus problem in symbian
SE have very few problems compared to nokia...and music is always good on a SE...its simple & stylish UI is attractive.

Obviously people voting feels that w995 Hikaru is a much better phone than the nokia one. Regardless what specifics of the phone says, people buy with emotions and how the feel about the product.
So if u compare 8.9 rating vs 6.3.....

People are complaining about video, but this is actually the most advanced video ever in an SE feature phone. WQVGA is finally an improvement in resolution over the QVGA we've been seeing for so long.

sony ericsson is well known for its processing speed..it is the right choice for the people who loves music and who is interested in taking pictures..SE has released good walkman and cybershot mobiles.among them c902,c905,w995,w910 are well known for their looks.SE and nokia has a tough competition.
