sweet review.. the N97 is a device that is chosen by its owner not the other way round,
a few years ago it used to be all Nokia Nseries just like GSMarena summed up but now its more "Complete Experience" rather than Ultra High Specs on paper but nothing in real|
... thus a rival to the OmniaHD (which i think failed at HD recordin cause samsung simply don't care)
OMG, N97s charger is HUGE.
I`ll need a backpack to carry that thing around.
Its like a netbook power font!
From the review: "Another thing that made quite a few eyebrows around the office raise is the peculiar D-pad location. It is placed on the left of the keyboard like it is meant for left-handed use. All due respect (and political correctness), right-handed people still were the majority the last time we checked. It would have made a lot more sense to have the D-pad on the other end."
It is not. Think gamepad (video game controller). Its complete normal to have the d-pad at the left side. So, if ever used a gamepad, you're home.
You guys before you criticize a high-end smartphone like the Nokia N97, you should be aware that the number one reason for buying a Nokia phone is the high quality manufacture. Try owning a high-end Samsung/HTC for a year and experience the perfection of Nokia over most other manufacturers in terms of gadget hardware quality. I agree that the main deficiency in Nokia is lack of 3rd party applications. They should really work on this.
this phone is not worth it!!
not even worth a post
