I dont understand the "28mm lens! What a treat"
No... its not any better than 35mm... its just "different"
Wide lens good for landscape picture... but horrible for close ups, or taking pictures of people. Not to mention it warps the image, like a fish eye look.
Well a year ago everyone was like "Oh GSMArena are such Nokia fanboys". The photos aren't bad but you can compare them with all the other phones. To my eyes the SE C905 makes the most realistic ones (to your eyes it might be some other phone and that's perfectly OK) but it doesn't have Symbian. It's like nobody wants to give us a perfect phone.
there are "people" that burned their few money with stupid and crappy phones with a *MP camera and now N86 is here they are sooo regret...
they swear n86 because they don`t have it and most important they can`t have it
too little too late..
My 8mp camera phone is almost 1 year old.. pity you nokia
funny...to me N86 wins innova in all except one of the comparison pics. the colors are more natural, and all pics looks great if u are not going to print them out as a wall sized posters. Most of us looks our pics on our computer/tv and maybe print normal size prints...Nokia suits for that very nicely..
But gsm-arena reviews of cameraphones sucks big time..
Not single one pic taken indoors or in not so optimum light conditions. And pics of people in a pub or somewhere dim-lighted place would be important for us average joes..but well..what can u do..
I was considering to purchase this because of the camera. As pictures look right now I'll probably wait for a while to see if there is even the slightest intention to fix the noise reduction algorithm.
If not, I'll probably settle with an innov8
Fifth!!!
Here is the so-called king of cameraphones, months late, and still its image quality sucks and it lacks smile/face/blink detection. Do i need to say any more?
