I was really excited about the X1 but it turned out to be a poorly designed phone. The stylus was a major problem. Sony thought people want to deal with really small buttons on a poor sensitivity screen. At least I didn't. Returned the X1 in the first month. Sony had a lot of great phones, but the X1 killed any respect I had for them in the phone market. I am skeptical about the x2 after seeing the stylus still there.

Did Sony (or HTC) fix the cracking problem with this phone? It's be a shame as it is a BIG shame with the iPhone.

this fone makes up 4 the X1s shortcomings wat sony lacks is a good mktng strategy that nokia has thts y its crappy fones still outclass the competition but if marketed ryt this fone shud b a masterpiece and yaa im gona buy it...cmon SE waitn 4 yaa

I'm very dissapointed in x2. The cpu is the same old and slow qualcomm, other brands are uses 600-800mhz cpu, or 1ghz. The screen is small, very small, and not amoled. This phone is outdated. X1 user.

you forget two major goodies in the review!
It has a remote play panel to use with the PS 3 and also TV-out via cable.
Next month the x2 is mine!

the 3.2" disply is tad too small for a WinMo. But its better than the last one had. I truly hope that the windows is extremely customised as Samsung had done.
But X2 is far more interesting than N97. And this is going to be tough to choose from Omnia 2 , Omnia HD or X2.

I have never felt that my mobile screen should have been better and its really something missing in my mobile, its just plain stupid to say that any mobile with tft is useless as most of the mobiles have tft screens, how many mobiles have amoled??so do you all amoled fans think that the world should throw away their mobiles with tft screens because amoled is the "way to go"???even if the tft screen is splendid like Xperia screen?
