Never ever buy this set. You will be in deep trouble. You cant even do a simple or receive a call. Most of the time you have to keep this set with service center. Every time they will replace with new one, which again have same problem... Worst part even their call center people misbehaved and humiliate you....

Guys. Don't go for this phone. Its crap!!! Its very unstable. It keeps going off. Weak battery and camera refuses to launch at times...

Hope that will help those, who own X2. Also, just as a recommendation, this is reported to be working, yet I highly recommend to do a phone full backup before you tweak ur phone. Report back the results :-)

As I've read on xda-developers.com they've managed to speed up CPU and moreover, they did manage to extract D3D driver from TG01 with addendum of some OpenGL booster application. I apologize I cannot provide you the link now since I am at work, but nevertheless please do check the thread there. I think CPU overclocking was in the XperiaX2 forum (http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=647) and graphics booster in one of HTC (you can try to google it, that's how I found it in first place). Also, I am considering buying this dfevice myself since I was a really happy owner of X1 and was looking forward to X2 myself.

I just bought the X2 a week back and I can see why everybody says it is slow. Everything has a lag time because of the processor and RAM. The price has dropped and I got it for Rs. 28000 now. Does anyone know if it is possible to use advanced configuration tools (successfully) to reduce the lag in animations and heavy stuff with winmo / touchflo3d2? I can at least use it for everyday basic functions like calling and sms smoothly. Please respond. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Anonymous, 30 Jan 2010The n97, X6, and all nokia symbian phones only has 434mhz yet GSMarena doesn't call it outdate... morethat is so true even for other non-nokia phones they call it outdated or something but for nokia reviews even if the screen resolution like qvga they don't mention it as outdated or what but for other manufacturers that have more pixels in it they have something to say. that i think is unfair
