Hi,
Can anybody explaim me how GPS module actually works on mobile phones?
Can it be used as conventional GPS and define position on a preloaded maps on the phone, or it just interpolates the position on GoogleMaps app.?
But GoogleMaps app. requires data transfer from Internet (gprs or else) and in some countries (Bulgaria :) ) data transfer rates are still way high! So actually the 'free' navigation feature is not so free :) !
If GPS module can be used with preloaded maps (I'm eager to pay for them as i can use them forever), why do I need that Google maps app.?

Hi, I just got the mini pro today... But now I am stuck with a small doubt... The UI accelerometer does work on my home screen and it works only when i go to the next level of the menu that is into the blue screen. ( I am activated the option from the settings).. Please let me know whether I have made some changes in the setting or whether the phone is like that.
