1. Since you said you're only interested in texting, chatting and music, the c3 is for you. It has dedicated shortcuts for messaging and contacts. There's also a conversations view in the sms.
2. There are only 3 built in themes in the samsung chat. The Nokia c3 has tons of free downloadable themes that even a child can install.
3. More accessories are available for the c3.
4. The samsung chat's trackpad isn't very reliable.
5. The number of messages you can store on a c3 only depends on your phone memory. That means you can store A LOT. The samsung chat is very limited.
6. Since the c3 is nokia, you can install lots of games and apps in the memory card and it won't take up phone memory. The samsung chat can only install apps in the very limited phone memory.

I'm using Nokia C3.. Here i can't browse through Opera mini or other browsers.. Even i can't use any applications like Facebook app etc.. "E" symbol is blinking on the right corner of the display when i browse through the Opera mini.. But the internet is working if i enter the URL directly into "Go To Address" or "Home".. Can someone please solve this problem???
