Anonymous, 05 Oct 2010why is there no comparison of SE Satio maybe they don't have a sony ericson satio
got curious if there is a satio, not sure if it will came close to the result here
hey GSM arena, will you give update with satio?
Firstly, as a lot of others have stated, this blind test was a great idea, props to you gsmarena!
I would have to say that C seems to be the best camera here, judging by the ammout of detail and color rendering in the photos. A would have to be the second best one followed by B.
With that said I think (atleast hope) that;
C = Sony HX5v
A = Nokia N8
B = Samsung Pixon
And to ignorant people stating that Nokia N8 has a bigger sensor then Altek Leo and thus should have a better camera, do your homework! The N8 boosts a CMOS sensor whilst the Altek Leo supposedly will have a CCD sensor. Nevertheless I guess we will have to wait and see until seeing the Altek Leo in action before making a judgement here. In any case, the N8 seems to be a great phone!
But the differences are so insignificant , this is a job for a professional to tell which is the best. C looks the best in the majority of pictures in my opinion, but A is very good as well , then B is right after them. Like i said, the 3 are almost the same, i don`t think you can tell the difference if you don`t have them side by side. And this already says a lot for the Nokia N8. Competing with the Sony HX5v and being so close( no matter which of the A, B C is the N8) is a big + for the N9 already.
3,B-pixon for sure, i own one :)
still N8 can't beat an expensive digicam but still came close
lets see tom who's who but for i am almost 100% sure of my answer
First of all, great idea!
Here is my order:
So all three devices have strenghts and weaknesses.
1.C: good ISO performance
2.A: excellent DOF,too much noise reduction & auto contrast
3:B: piece of crap
