velu, 07 Oct 2010I agree, probably N8 might be a lower end smart phone for Indians ;). iPhone is costlier he... morejust to inform u, n8 has same processor n gpu as n97. It is same phone with 12mp and different skin. N8 will lag like n97 since as far as i seen S^3 is not very good

perception matters.
Because for koreans galaxy and wave might look promising.
Also considering the use and throw lifespan of samsung and its support, koreans can afford it.
but here India we bother about what we get for our money and we use a sing;e mobile for 2 or 3 years.
So we need to go for tried and trusted brands like Nokia or even to motorola

iPhone is costlier here and we don't have data plans like what is there in USA.
Also samsung galaxy and wave are not popular in India, because we dont care abt it ;).

so n8 is low end of smartphone. I bought iphone 4 as I trust in apple not bcuz I can afford. wave looks more promising than aging n8. N8 is probably high end for indians!!!

but if you see Bada app store we cant find any significant increase in app count.
Also number of people turning to Bada is almost zero.
so in future it has no scope.
Also considering samsungs post-purchase support, they might just stop bada support anytime if Bada fails ;).
But on the other hand symbian still has loyal developers ( i agree IOs has most dev support followed by android and then symbian )
