satisfied user., 11 Jan 2011the phone is very good actually,, but mine has one prob,, why my nokia x3-02 cannot detect t... morei have bought this phone about one month ago . please try to put earphone firmly into jack. two things i dont like about this phone one i cant adjust brightness of phone and second is there is no led flash with camera otherwise it is ok phone.

Making decent phones for goo... moreI am not a nokia basher had phone 9 weeks turns itself off screen flashes on and off white been for repair once same problems after 48 hours back for repair again would NOT advise anyone to buy this phone !!!!!

I just bought it on 28th Mar 2011 for INR 9500 with 2GB card(in box) and 16GB Tanscend card extra,but it is showing memory of 2GB card as 2MB.
Anyone give me solution.
Does this phone support quickoffice and pdf viewer. If yes, how to go for that. this website says no document viewer. My 1st intension was this only but after bringing this phone I realised the truth.
pls help me.

Bought the phone a week ago and here's my review:
if you want a phone for the basic features of what a phone should do- good call quality, easy messaging, light weight and not too pricey- this is the phone for you.
the touch screen's easy to use, unlike some other touch screen's i've used. The search feature across names works like a charm- does not hang.
You can use the touch screen or the old fashioned way of calling.
The camera's not too good- the max you can use it to prove you went somewhere or saw something.
if you're used to the old way of messaging on a nokia phone- this is a little different. its easy enough once you figure it out. The only problem is you can't delete multiple messages at a time from your inbox, and you can't delete a message from drafts.
The battery life's so-so. for talking one hour a day- it'll last you 1 and a half to two days max.
Charging the phone takes a while with the charger provided- try using one of your old nokia phone chargers- they're better.
The phone doesn't heat up any more than a normal phone does.
The sound quality is ok- not great- but manageable.
configuring email's easy. the browser's great.
Extremely lightweight- its easy to carry- doesn't seem like a burden.
Bottom line- Its a great phone if you want to use the phone as a phone. if you want to use it like a mini netbook- try buying a higher end smartphone.

I bought X3-02 about a week ago.coz i find it nice and i like the colors but I observe that my phone hang up. and it's not friendly use it somehow confusing me. What i like the most to X3-02 is the opera mini which i can browse net.

bought 1 today.....really liked it its simple , i had difficulties typin in a touch screen phone, it has a keypad which does my job easy, though it has limited features its good, stylish, slim, handy, easy to use....if u just need a phone u can go for it itz kinda half smart phone..not 100%, thouh u can have mails on it, s it does have opera mini, descent rowsing...got it for 7650 INR, i would say itz 8 or 9/10 as a phone

just got X3-02,and for my sister that goes on Facebook a lot, she and i do prefer the old style virtual curser by use of the keypad tho,for clicking onto txt, as its like using a PC Mouse!! the touchsreen is small and its a bit of a struggle to touch-tap very small words! i find you need to use a Pen or a finger-nail!
But it seems a nice little phone thus far!

Leo, 22 Dec 2010Does anyone know the price of this phone and 5530 xpressmusic in nokia store now. I'm planning... morego for 5530 much better resolution plus s60 version.only drawback is camera 3.15 vs 5.0.

Recently i purchased a new a Nokia X3-02 Touch and Type and i was very disappointed because when i tried to switch it on the mobile kept flashing and flashing for several seconds and it didnt switched on then i made some research and found that these mobiles are defective from Nokia its such a shame because Nokia knew that these mobiles where defective and they are still on the market.........

Can't sync to Ovi Suite. It keeps saying that I need to put it in ovi suite mode even if it's already in it. Anyone know a solution?
