I think its a nokia mistake, I don't even receive GSM network any longer as it stops seeing my SiM.

This is one of the worst phones I have ever had, and the last Nokia I ever buy. Next week I am getting my Galaxy, and is the day when I will burn this piece of junk in the backyard. It is horrible, software is buggy, camera can't record videos (it can, but the image freezes every 3-4 seconds), half of the time I plug it in to recharge it doesn't notice it's connected to a power source, and so on. No wonder Nokia gave it a very limited release.

Just bought this one few days ago. Poor camera, but very fast internet browsing with 3G or WiFi connection.

Hey guys, I really need to know whether this phone charges off the provided charger..the review seemed to mention that the standard charger jack isn't there..does this mean it only charges off the microUSB cable? :S That would be plain stupid and a real deterrent for me personally...I just LOVE the way the phone looks though!

You cannot answer calls or make calls (through the call/answer button only) IF YOU DONT open up the slide EVEN IF the Keylock is OFF, and even if you set the phone to answer through any key. And this is stupid!!!!!!!!! You have to open the slide anytime!!! if u wish to make a call or answer one...
Its nice but they have build it very stupid. AND there are Bugs in production!!!

Buying nokia x5-01 is loss of money. I bought it 4 its looks but am regreting it bcos it doesnt have gps, it doesnt have music loaded- u have to download music from nokia website. there is no Quickoffice i.e. excel, word etc loaded in my phone-u have 2 purchase the license from the website. Except the usual accesories like battery, memory card , etc nothing else has been given free. the usb cable is too short- not everyone has a laptp, i have a pc so it is diffcult 2 attach.

This phone doesn't have front camera for video calling... In Malaysia, you can get this for MYR 600 (US$ 200).

its the ugly beautiful... in love with it... maybe short of features like the touch screen but sure is an eye candy
