Nice phone,nice design...but it's almost the same as the S!!!!!!So,the shortage of AMOLED sreens is pushing Samsung to install low power consuming SLCD...I mean,this is quite good then the rest of th bunch,but the strongest selling point was the SuperAMOLED...dunno what Samsung will get with this handset...only if the price is right,they have a chance

More than half the AMOLED-screens Samsung are making are going directly to Nokia, but due to severe shortage of them neither Nokia or Samsung get enough of them for their own need. Demand is double/triple compared to current supply.

I think S Amoled version is much better! Better screen, better gpu, same baterry! Anyone who wanna buy Galaxy S better go buy S Amoled version!

The Super amoled screen is 3 years forward, it has the best technology but the succes of galaxy make production very difficult. The new Super clear screen is very good enough. Why a lot of people compare Galaxy with iphone? Galaxy it is far away better than iphone (look cpu, screen, wifi direct, blue tooth 3, android) ok dont look the design.

It said that this model was an initiative from Samsung to keep producing the Galaxy S phones without using the SAMOLED screens reserved for the true succcessor, the S2.

why such a rush in making a review for such a crappy phone?specs are good but camera is not so good,we haven t heard anything about audio quality and the phone has nothing special
