Guys I have samsung galaxy ace For the last few months not been able to use it the phone provider is meteor when I put in my sim card from my last phone a mesagr comes up "no service " selected network meteor unavailable " I have tried everything I can think Of ?? Any solutions

Use mysettings app to switch off wi-fo,3g etc and use juice defender ,it increased my phones battery life by 2x

It just shows Samsung on the screen. It keeps on blinking Samsung, but does not proceed further.

I do a lot of mass smsing and my hitch is I always have to include each tel individually. I know there is a group function but can anyone tell me HOW TO ADD THE CONTACTS THERE WITHOUT GOING THROUGH ONE BY ONE AND KEYING IT IN? Thanks

one of the best mobile...just update wid gingerbread..root it.then make partition of sd card n use link2sd.instal apps how much u desire..just like me...:)
installed 100 apps but still 130mb free.
music,apps,games n much more.its a excellent smart phone if u know how to use.
but 2 main disadvantages...battery drain easily n low quality vdo.

Since Ace has only the main cam, you would need to sit infront of a mirror or something to carry out the video calls.
Note: Yahoo messenger with video calling requires wi-fi or 3g to work. (It does not work with 2g)

anu, 14 Jul 2011galaxy ace battery must be of 3000mhz so that battery backup must be increased
Just turn off all the unnecessary applications,such as wifi,3G and bluetooth..charge it when it is fully drained in off mode..update it in gingerbread,it surely increased the battery life...FYI,all android phones are battery hungry devices:-)

I just updated my Ace to 2.3.4 GINGERBREAD,it runs so smooth,FYI,Samsung Service Center did it,they(samsung guys)just photocopied the phone's receipt...from Manila,Phils

Hi All,
I have samsung galaxy ace but now it got strucked with samung Icon, It's not proceeding further..The Icon which we get when we restart our mobile..
I switched-off and then i restarted from then i am facing the problem, i did removing battery, SD card and checked but no use...

o yeah... i think the biggest problem that I am now encountering with this phone is,
battery fast drain
low internal memory!!! (WTF)
though I tried comparing it before to other phones, I'm afraid I regret the day I bought it.
not all apps can be moved to SD! That's why I need to uninstall some apps that I like to save some space...WTF!!! huhuhu.. I hope someone can help me move these apps to my external SD.
