I am buying one definitly,,had e72 for over a year and just tried samsung galaxy s 2 and its to big.
This gives me e72 but 720p and tv out.It also keeps the monster BP-4L battery ,,i also bought mugen 1800mA for e72 so it will be re-used in my new E6..

i am using the e5 currently and it is a superb phone in thuis price range
the e6 specs are great
trust nokia to provide good build quality and features always
however as per the review e6 keypad is similar to e5 which i admit not very comfortable nokia should enahnce the keys so that the keypad is easier to use

Hello Chris or whoever wants to respond I have the N8 and love it but I'm planning to get the E6 when it comes out because of : physical keyboard , increased security , tactile keys , the Dpad , and an easily removable battery . I'm a heavy user and it's easier to carry a few spare batteries and change the as needed . I pla to buy a few spare batteries , including at least one extended battery which Nokia doesn't make .and yes , I'm well aware that for liability reasons that Nokia doesn't reccommend putting other companies' batteries in their phones . That said I see that the e6 uses the BP-4L battery , which it shares with several other models , including the e71 and the n97 . The slim extended batteries are no pronlem since I can use the original cover . But Mugen Power ( www.mugen-power-batteries.com ) makes a 3600 mAH battery for the e71 and the n97 and Cameron Sino makes a 3000 mAH all requiring an extended battery door I've confirmed that the batteries themselves will work but I'm wondering if the battery doors would work on the e6 . Looks as if at least th e71 extende battery door would fit ... Thanks in advance for your time and great job onthe e6 !

Where can I buy a Nokia E6? I see videos on it am able to read reviews on it.However, I can not find where to buy the thing.I am starting to get very discouraged real fast.I use t-mobile for a carrior but they don't have that phone. Can anyone help with a web site where I can order it?

You say it has fixed-focus , but it has digital focus thats something between fixed-focus and auto-focus

I have the N8 and love it , but the E6 is looking good because of the physical QWERTY ( if u do as much email , messaging , and logging in as I do , there's no substitute ! ) , the hardware buttons and Anna , plus it has many of the same specs as the N8 . I'm not crazy about the camera or the screen sixe , but I believe I can live with it . What's all this dissing of Symbian ? Of course iOS and Andriid r better , they've had many updates ! Symbian 3 hasn't ... Yet despite this , I think Symbian is the better OS ; it's designed from the ground up to be efficient .I'll take a somewhat slower CPU any day for much better battery life . Android , even after 6 updates is STILL missing core functionality : no file manager or task manager , media player and battery suck , and settings r far from intuitive ! And don't get me started on the constant connection ... As for Symbian 3 , there's nothing with the OS itself ; indeed , as Rita El- Khoury put it " Really , there's almost nothing you can't do with Symbian once you know the drill . " So true ! The problem here is the Ui and Anna , from what I've seen , goes a long way toward addressing this . Good job Nokia !

I have the e71 still. Why? Because its a brilliant business phone for me as I travel a lot. Some features are lacking on it, and this certainly looks like a phone that fills those gaps. I dont have anything against touchscreens, or other smartphones, but for my work travel, battery life, connectivity, and a keypad is a priority. This looks perfect for my needs. Look forward to checking it out.

I like to buy the Nokia E6, anyone know where its selling? I use the iphone and motorola defy they are very good but I still want to go back to nokia cos they are easier to type and battery is good for the whole day...
