This is almost like a successor to the Nokia X6: understated design, small footprint and high retail price - looks the part too. Should the price becomes reasonable, it'll do a better job standing out in a sea of 4-inch-dual-core-superphones.

The iPhone doesn't make any rules, the company has the right to the phone with the screen size they want and the user that know if it's good enough or not.

3.5" screen is minimum set by iPhone, below premium device (and ~400 euro (inc. VAT makes this a premium device) shouldn't go!
