Sony Ericsson Xperia mini pro review: No small affair - comments

Had this phone VGA screen resolution (the same applies to the Xperia Mini) I'd buy it tomorrow. Am I the only one who likes high screen resolution? Technically it is easily feasible (compare the dpi with the iPhone 4 and you'll see)

My sister has the X10 Mini Pro and after some issues caused by 2.1 and (I suspect) some conflicting widgets, she's very happy with it but wishes it had a better screen, was a bit snappier and more apps were available for it. Also, she doesn't need the keyboard.

Looks to me like the new Mini (non-pro) is the perfect fit for her needs! Nice one SE!

I've never been bought a new fresh released phone this last 2 year, always buy secondhand to get cheaper price. But last week seems different, I was going to buy secondhand Arc but totally changed my mind when I saw this Xperia mini pro available for a god sake cheap price $300 less than Arc (still get same raw power even plus qwerty keyboard) I'm soooo happy. this Baby is absolutely "Like no other", if SE keep their good work and give the affordable price like this Im sure even Samsung has a reason to worry!

Anonymous, 24 Aug 2011would have been better if this one has a better screen. the screen is fine - you don't want wide viewing angles anyway as they mean that others can spy over your shoulder to see your text messages.
