kid, 24 Sep 2011will u people just calm down a bit, consider samsung corby it falls under d same price bracket.... moreSamsung Corby II is far more priced then this phone. And one more thing is to mention is that it has slider keypad as well as dual SIM functionality. Also having the Nokia Maps.

Also this phone do significant multitasking with the apps like Email, chat, and communities. etc.

Don't you compare the phones which are comparable.

At the price less then Samsung Corby II you can get Nokia 5233 which has a lot of features along with a big touch screen. And hence a lot of apps from Nokia Store compared to Samsung Apps which has not so many apps.

The review states that the Nokia C2-03 has "two active phones lines". I would like to confirm whether the second SIM will be able receive a call while the first is already on a call.

                What a biased review!!!

For a phone which is barely INR 5000, how could you call these disadvantages keeping the price in mind??

                No Wi-Fi
                Camera is poor
QCIF video recording would be better off missing
                No screen brightness control
                No document viewer
                No smart dialing
                No video-call camera
                No accelerometer sensor
                No multitasking

WOW! What an awesome phone for the masses. Nokia is hellbent on killing Android and they're succeeding. Android is doomed and soon, Nokia will reign supreme against the entire Android horde.

Great job, Nokia! Keep it up and Android will soon be history.

It feels kinda sluggish. The music player scrolling isn't smooth. The menu navigation is quite delayed. I still prefer my X1 - simple, fast, loud audio, and SUPERB BATTERY.

This is still a nice phone if you want a dual sim + camera + S40 phone.

This review is not up to the mark:

The disadvantages can be count from the already given features.
                        like:

                        Camera is poor,
                        No screen brightness control,
                        No smart dialing,
                        Doesn’t charge off USB

But the other points really sucks here:

                        No Wi-Fi
QCIF video recording would be better off missing
                        No document viewer
                        No video-call camera
                        No accelerometer sensor
                        No multitasking

Come on guys you need to get rid from this sick.

Specially the phone is Series 40 and the whole world know it doesn't have multitasking.

Also haven't you guys said that it has no 3G, No camera Flash.

really sucks. No matter what is price but you need all hardware and features in this phone. DAMN !!!

The best things of C2-03 are:
                          1. The design which is simple yet elegant. The golden white edition is much better than the black one.
                          2. The price which is valuable. Don't ask for more, it is only the basic phone with Internet & it is purposed to be like that. At least, C2-03 is better than '5-7 years ago' phones.
                          3. New edition of Nokia Maps which is very helpful.
                          4. The global brand of 2 Dual ON phone.
                          5. The touchscreen which is responsive enough.

The worst (I mean it) things are:
                          1. The Internet which is not easy to connect. I understand it may be a bit slow, I don't complain it...but it truly not easy to connect.
                          2. The battery...should better than BL-5C.

Other features are so-so....Overall, C2-03 is the best basic phone so far.
