One underrated (in fact not-mentioned) but useful feature of Android 4.0 (ICS) is its enhanced accessibility features for the visually impaired. There's now a new and dedicated accessibility API, explore by touch, modify font sizes, accessible web browser, and so forth. Google is definitely moving in the right direction -- bringing accessibility on a par with iOS5.
What about the toggles in the notification center? Are they gone now?
The dominant black colour, block designs, simple white-on-black icons... The UI design has the similar feel to Metro UI (windows phone) or the Sencity by _leciel. Perhaps it is just me...
ICS looks good, no words mentioned about multicore optimization though ...
Now, go Samsung, go ;) bring it to our Galaxy (pun intended)

WOW!! at least we know that what new features will come to iOS6 , apple will copy paste some features to ios6 like what they did to ios5
