Bought one and truly impressed with it. Found the design really attractive (compared with the mostly stereo-typical smart phones - all of which look more alike than otherwise).

Had no problems with the interface or usage (practically). I would recommend this over most of the others out there (the Samsung lot and the HTCs).

Looking forward to getting those docks - as its yet not launched in this part of the world.

I would recommend this phone in a heart-beat to anyone.

I do wish there was more internal storage, though I'm not complaining as there is actually a provision for memory card expansion.

Overall I'd give this phone a 8 out of 10 (maybe 8.8).

Just a quick question: Does this phone have proxy settings ?
I have a MB-502 and I can't use the internet where I work because it doesn't have proxy settings ! This phone uses Android 2.1.. Does any one know if there's an App to enable these settings ?

    Thanks !

          Update 2:

Dont know about what GSMArena got as bundled headphones(ROKR it is written), but the scandinavian package that I bought, has the worst headphones thrown in.... it is absolutely terrible...had to buy a new pair for 60 Euros.. :-(
Why dont they make the package consistent?

will be nice to see what the next gen iphone will do as well.

Anonymous, 01 Dec 2011Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's a terrible phone, just needs a few minor tweeks that is all.Yes, hopefully, ICS update which should be coming in the next couple of months can really utilise the dual core thing.. as far as I know the gingerbread platform is not really useful for a dual core.
But even after that, it is quite fast and the looks are killing, i think even more than the fabled iPhone.....

                  Update 1:

                  1. The camera is really good at macro shots.. i got the lock-on at 1.5 cms, which I think is quite outstanding.. I think GSMArena must update on the macro shot capabilities of the unit here..

                  2. The processor, though running at 1.2Ghz,, barely touches 1 Ghz, and even so, normally only for a very small time.. normally is works at 300 Mhz for around 90% of the times.

                  3. The power consumption in standby mode is only 2 mA, though, it gets quite high sometimes..

                  4. There is a problem with the Wifi reception. The connection does hang sometimes and you need to switch-off/switch-on the wifi, to make it work again.

                  5. Signal reception is good, but not that of Nokia's.... though the voice clarity is pretty good.

Others will be updated accordingly later...

as a N8 owner though, it does feel fragile sometimes, but thinking about the Kevlar i dont think it would be..
it is surely a beauty to behold... and firefox doesn't really work. Maybe the best mobile browser is the Opera today....though the default browser is pretty damn good...

Well it's not, I've got my hands on this phone and it still feels flimsy. Firefox crashes, as we all know mozilla is pretty crappy on any mobile devices.

It's a nice step up, but the mobile companies need to stop pushing usless crap into the phone.

                            Good job on Motorola though!

I have SGS2 and sure there is only minute changes that moto boasts are the screen and width of the phone. The unable to takeout the battery unimpressed me. To whom ever design and approve the product was not really analyzing thoroughly, because most people who got this or getting this device would by a case protector, which would make that phone thicker by the way, therefore there is no point of creating a sealed behind. Very disappointing behind. lol ;p

I just see another audio quality review on another website. I think stereo crosstalk when use headphone should much more than 1x as you test. Plz retest in on another unit.
