does this phone really has a dual speakers, i mean stereo loudspeakers and if its, then where these two speakers located, and one thing if its really has a stereo speakers then how's the sound quality of the speakers and how much stereo effect does the sounds comes out while playing in loudspeakers..??

Which part of the hardware do you think it looks like an iPhone? The dimension of the body, the size of the screen, or the CPU? I don't think lots of people ever heard about Meizu, and it is a small company compared to Apple, but it can make a phone better than iPhone 4s. There is nothing that Apple can be proud of, especially in nowadays cell phone market.

It is all good but I cannot even surf on my 4.3 screen. Bezel is big in this set. Typical for knock offs.

The phone comes with a card telling you about warranty. I even heard of people getting their phone repaired (for free or cheap!) after their warranty ended.
EDIT: Also, they provide lots of firmware updates, sometimes more than 1 time a month.

design, is copied from iphone but it's a beauty. i like the hardware of this device but i am not quite sure about the after-sales service of this device. i had checked their website and i found it a little scarce on information about the device and it's after-sale service. build quality is a little questionable since i have never of such brand before. internal battery is also a downside for a device having a questionable quality as batteries can leak or explode depending on the quality.
photo quality is also bad, they might want to improve on that through software update (if any) will be coming soon or never.
UI is fresh but somewhat similar to apple's theme (white, blue and grey) another downside to originality.

If MX starts up, Breathing LED design is obvious in the bottom, which can be transfermed into different patterns when using various programmes.
