Shin, 18 Feb 2012Neo V or Galaxy W,which is better for watching music video and also play games?Plz help me!go for neo v
this is a mismatch.. they should have compared the original Neo instead of this neov.
Samsung is at the top this time for launching good android phones.. whether its galaxy y or galaxy note... Samsung galaxy W is too a nys phone... After a lot of researcing a bought a samsung nexus ... which is the best android phone. n i loved it ,... i found the various android comaprisons here.
chk it out will help u a lot..
souji.seta, 20 Feb 2012I already bought GalaW.it's really impressive with the 1,4 ghz n also u can overclock up to 1,... morewhoa buddy that's the first time i heard about oc'ing GW. what kernel and rom did you use? piece of advice, bro, MSM8255T Snapdragon defaulted at 1.4ghz is powerful enough and it means its a supercharged baby. oc'ing it 200 mhz further will possibly shorten your device's lifespan. oc'ing it to 400 mhz, well that's suicide already imfho. no trolling or smartassing intention, just a friendly advice.
what about video calls?
and i'm talking about real video calls (network), not using Skype.
i use network video calls quite a lot and i think it's a very usefyl spec.
if i am not wrong, Galaxy W has network video calls, but Neo V doesn't.
that's why I'm with Samsung.
I already bought GalaW.it's really impressive with the 1,4 ghz n also u can overclock up to 1,8ghz if u wanna.still, it's number one on it's level of price and specs..cmiiw

Rahul@, 18 Feb 2012I myself own a neo V.Its just awsome and for ur information it records video at 30 fps with hd... moreYou mad, bro?! I was quoting about 3D graphics performance, not camera and video quality. but since you've brought it up, GW also records HD quality video at 30 fps. but as far as this review goes, GW also wins on this category.
AnonD-33658, 16 Feb 2012@gsmarena battery test please on both devicesneo v's
battery backup is good because I use this phon
Anonymous, 18 Feb 2012I sold my Neo V because of its longish screen made it uncomfortable to type both in landscape ... moreI thin you might soon notice you made the wrong choice on selling neo v. Galaxy w might have a faster processor but it does live up to its speed. I had experienced it myself
AnonD-29905, 16 Feb 2012"The Neo V has a slightly higher resolution (just under 7% more pixels), which puts it at... moreI myself own a neo V.Its just awsome and for ur information it records video at 30 fps with hd quality. So before posting comments pls clarify urself.

Good review content but the opening is a complete fail. "The Samsung Galaxy W and the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V are middle of the Android pack." Please list the leading 3.7" phones.
Whether it's bias, prejudice or ignorance this entire industry is plagued by the misconception that a smaller phone is an inferior phone. If I wanted a really large phone I could buy a tablet or a laptop with a phone card in it.
People don't compare 14" laptops with 17" laptops in reviews so why even refer to larger devices in this review.
benchmark scores wouldn't really tell you everything. i got to test both phones myself, and user experience will tell the difference.
for one, galaxy w have a smooth interface. homescreen moves to the next smoothly. the neo v, have some lag, even with a very few widgets on them. i must say that the SE UI really sucked for me (still have a x10 mini pro, and it suffers from homescreen bugs as well).
never bothered to try out the other feature of the neo. i got the galaxy w, and have used it primarily as a phone. never had the need to hook phone up to a telly, and will never have a need to. if there will be, good ol' wi-fi will do the connectivity thing.
