i think they should include the internal memory aspect also because galaxy w has a major win in that aspect...neo v is a good phone but its internal memory is very less i.e. 320mb only

neo V is winner.But i thnk GSMArena team should add two more players in this field like Nokia 700 , Xperia Ray. :)

The neo V wins over The galaxy any day when you talk "design".
Yes it is in The eye of the beholder but nevertheless I can't see any "design" at all in the galaxy. It just looks like any other phone. Thinner but clearly very boring.
I also believe people buying phones in this range care most about price and then design.
All in for the Neo!

Samsung Galaxy W does not have Corning Gorilla Glass, just ordinary plastic.

i chose Xperia Neo V. Because it have HDMI feature :D
