More choices doesn't always benefit consumers in the long run. By frequently rehashing old models with with only slight improvements samsung is diluting the Galaxy brand (meaning, it loses it's prestige). This is exactly what Nokia did in the past and see where that got them.
By churning model after model of devices the software support tend to suffer too. Ever notice why its taking samsung ages to update their phones to ICS even if they where the first to get a hold of Android 4.0 (via the Nexus S)?
Instead of focusing on optimizing software, a lot of their time and money is being spent on saturating the market with devices of inconsequential differences and improvements from previously released models (which returns me to my first argument).

My original comments explains ... moregalaxy S advance is available for pre order in my country for about (2500 SAR) (666 $) Iphone4 (not 4s) is for 2650 SAR(700$)
and let's ignore the iphone what about sensation and atrix2
choosing this phone is a stupid decision IMHO

The review says that it uses a mali 400 gpu yet according to the video player section of the review it has trouble playing 720p h264.
This must be wrong because the ainol novo aurora tablet with a cortex single core a8 and same mali 400 gpu can play 1080p content flawlessly.
In fact on the mali 400 specs page on the ARM website, the mali 400 gpu does play 1080p content regardless of the processor linked to it.

After this review couple of my opinions have changed.
-Great Display (i dint say Excellent)
-Dual core (why we need? probably bcoz its the trend now)
-Excellent GPU
-Budget constraint ( flagships are costly)
-New to Android + inclined to Samsung
-Need AMOLED, but not a very big screen
-should be good enough for gaming
I guess this phone is for the Buyers who are entering to hi-end devices for the first time.
Someone thinking to Upgrade their phone, then it may not be interesting
Samsung should support the device with regular updates and encourage the devs. Samsung, dont ruin this device
