well..
I may be totally off but jpeg analysis of compression is as following (from best to worst)
F 13,79:1 (compression ratio)
B 12,18:1
E 11,93:1
A 11,81:1
D 10:33:1
C 09,93:1
So.. that goes like this
F - Olympus
B - N8 (yeah yeah.. I know..)
E - 808
A - One X
D - S III
C - i4S

F is the Pureview, the Oversampling makes the sky always darker
E is the Olympus it has larger sensor and therefore brighter image

I say E for the pureview, the F has some sharpening that doesn't correspond to a reduced picture. Best resolution without sharpening = large image reduction.

I spend lot of time with these pict... and undoubtedly E is 808Pureview & best first time i thought F: olympus is 2.nd good pict... but now i m sure 2.nd is A: N8 beacuse look carefully to sky it is more natural on A. and read article (CVSTOS the time keeper) poster hanging on the building under the clock... only u can read on A and E...

Thanks for this blindtest, here's my opinion, i would be damn surprised if i were wrong for most.
It's approximative guessing, i can distinguish 4 groups of quality : C < A+E < B+D < F
F •Nokia 808 PureView (8MP PureView mode)
C •HTC One X
A •iPhone 4S
E •Samsung Galaxy S III
D •Nokia N8 (downsampled from 12MP to 8MP)
B •Olympus E-PL2 interchangable lens, large sensor camera (downsampled from 12MP to 8MP)
PS: A and E are swapable, B & D too.
