How could a 4.0 inch screen is larger than 4.8 inch screen?
Because I want it to be.

The swan song of the old innovative Nokia. Get them while they last. After this, the darkness of being a mere Windows OEM...

Sebakamelot, 26 Jun 2012Minimal focus distance 20 cm??? what a dissapointment. bye macro photos!. Maybe i´ll ke... moreThat disappointed me also, but think about that zoom. You can zoom to over two times in 8 MP mode and it gives you very sharp 8 MP pic that is comparable to under 10 cm macro. In 5 MP it is about 7 cm, 3 MP almost 5 cm. Or you can take full res photo and crop there the area you want still getting sharp photos.

I prefer my Nokias made in Finland....especially if I'm going to pay $700 for one.

ahmed, 26 Jun 2012after i see this blind test h still see the color of the sky in sgs3 better than other devices... moreThe SGS3 wasn't in that link... Maybe you just saw the "III" and thought it was SGS3, but it was Canon EOS 5D Mark III, one of the best DSLRs around and of course it beats 808.
The link you showed in you previous comment where 808 was compared to iPhone 4S, that photo isn't taken by PV at all or it was at least modified to look as worse as possible, we have seen its capabilities and that photo has nothing to do with it. Stop comparing 808's camera to other cameraphones, it is in a completely other level. It's like comparing a cheap P&S with a top DSLR...
In GSMarena's blind test, only blind fanboys didn't see that picture E was the best.

we see the color of the sky in fact is Light blue not dark blue like 808
i see that sgs3 more realistic than the others

BJD, 25 Jun 2012Excuse me. look at how many comments the blind test had. 1331!Yes, it really had very much comments. That was because of the voting. They asked to tell what's the best of them so almost everyone who red it replied.

Now, there‘s one interesting thing. That new about Nokia air shows an interesting OS(Carla?). IF it is true it could be interesting to see it on 808. Won't probably buy but if there comes phone with smaller PureView sensor and that OS it would be on the list for my next phone in the future. Looks gorgeous.

Of course needless to say who won this test and by a large margin.

ahmed, 25 Jun 2012maybe iam blind . look at this photo and compare the blue sky between 808 and iphone4s http:/... moreDo you understand that I'm not trying to push any of those devices down. iPhone is also great device but its camera is also oversaturated, it's very common in mobile phones. My N9's cam is also a bit too yellowish and I admit it. Yes, 808 may be a bit unsaturated but only very little. It still has better colours that those phones mentioned by you.

But if you think the colors are not good in this cam, you don't have to buy it. You can say it's their problem who buy it, not yours.
