My galaxy mini 2 has white diagonal lines appear on screen everytime I used it for at least 5 minutes without rest. Is it absurd?

I bought a galaxy y last year and i thought it was the best phone i ever had. But i lost lt last march. Then i decided to buy a galaxy mini 2 last may and hey......its the best so far. The only downside is the camera does not have a flash and has no secondary camera.

AnonD-36409, 28 Jun 2012How it can't run ICS? Xperia Tipo has exactly the same specs and come with ICS...Dont get confused whether it can run ICS or not. It surely run but samsung not gone make it for this low end phones(as they call). Every ARMv7 processor can run ICS/JB without any bugs/bloatwares but only through AOSP or cyanogenmod.But then u lose your warranty...

So basically you don't have the exact 4 GB.
1.8GB-2.4GB is the exact storage for this phone.
You should be thankful that this phone has many storage for music,games,web browsing, etc 'cause some phone only have 320MB,1GB so some phones need MicroSD Card.

I just got the mini 2 and i thought the internal memory is 4gb. Then i checked the memory settings and it only shows 1.8gb total internal memory. ls there anyone there who can explain this to me?

I don't know why you are complaining about the ARMv6 processor and that its old. It uses a Qualcomm MSM7227A chip which is ARMv7 and was released in September '11 and is the latest chip in the Snapdragon S1 Space.

This phone is totally shit.
The cons have already been mentioned in the preview.
Not worth a buy.
Put some more money on top and buy a better one.
For example the sony live with walkman which i am using. Perfect job from sony and upgradeable to ics.
