I think the hardware part is good but the software part of phones is yet to be revealed fully. It may be much better than old lumias. And see the battery backup us fantastic. And till u don't see the camera urself can't comment. Agree?

        I just don't understand.
Is it really that difficult to put a Xenon flash there instead of a LED flash?
        Or even better, put both.

This event was about showcasing what they've innovated - not what they've manufactured.

And with a feature-list like this (pureview, HD+, built-in wireless charging) they've got a winner. Maybe two.

With the exception of the missing microSD slot!

I mean come on, Nokia makes what is almost the PERFECT phone, and they forget to put a card slot in?

A lot of people I know aren't too thrilled about this...

There's a guy riding a bike while filming with a Lumia 920 in his hand. Second take, they change the perspective to 1st person shooting. That's pretty deceiving towards making you think it was done with the phone.

And it's not the first time, it's like Siri without the waiting time in iPhone 4S's ads, S Beam fantasy demonstrations in SGS3's campaigns or fake fast food adverts. The point is it's not right. After having said they filmed many things with 808's PureView, Nokia was well thought to have filmed this with a 920. Anything that has to do with MS gets spoiled somehow. This isn't the Nokia I used to know.

Those praising the floating lens, take a look at this. It's easier to have awesome Optical Image Stabilization when you are filming with a DSLR mounted on a handycam, instead of using the Lumia 920 to shoot it. Nokia didn't use to lie so blatantly. MS is a bad influence and Elop should be in a Finnish jail for sinking one of the greatest OEMs ever.

It has floating lens for image stabilization that can rival those optical stabilization in DSLR cameras.
PureMotion HD+ screen - most fluid screen, brightest screen, most sensitive screen, and best screen for viewing outdoor or in sunlight.
Synaptics advanced touchscreen - works with gloves and fingernails
                          Built-in Wireless charging.
Add all these to Nokia's crystal clear sound quality, strong signal reption, and build quality/design. It's hard to top this folks.

Samsung Ativ S is way better than this awful rubbish that Microsoft has forced Nokia to make.

Poor Nokia, it will soon be "Microsoft Mobile" and the once famous brand name Nokia will be dead, all because of an idiot called Elop.

These Lumias are for sure a pair of excellent phones, but do not have what it takes to make a JellyBean user pass to WP. I am a Symbian user, never had Android phone, but as I can obviously see from forums and blogs, a JB user would never trade their phone for a Lumia, despite the fact that everyone loves the Nokia build quality. Nokia this time has really done a great job and showed a little bit of arrogance toward competitors (which is quite acceptable if bringing some miracle to Earth), however, as always, they leave sth missing in every their flagship to never satisfy their customers 100%. I think i will buy the 920, but i would be super excited to buy it if it also had: 120x65x8 mm with 4.5'' screen, 110g weight, SuperAmoled+, 3000 mAh Li-Ion, microSD, 3mp secondary camera, 2gb Ram, 64gb internal, 2.5gb KraitQuadcore, 305 adreno (exagerated? Only such they can be sure to beat Samsung, Htc, Sony, Motorola and Iphone)
