Samsung is a good brand no doubt, just because SS fans don wanna admit that LG came out with a phone with good specs, they had to capitalise on the negative aspects of the flag ship....yes updates are a problem, but also note that having a phone which 100 million people can also be annoying for some who like being exclusive.....S3 vs Og= specs do indicate that Og is dominant over the samsung....either way most of the time no one has the time to watch movies on phone..8gig or 16gig is enough regarding phone memory

Of course the Optimus G...it is clear as daylight! Only if you're a hater or a sammy fanboy you will ignore the fact that the Optimus G is way above the S3. And by the way, LG already sold more than 1 million units of Optimus G, and it isn't even launched worldwide yet. And people, you should know that having the same phone as 100 million other people isn't that good. It is nice having such an exclusive phone, only 1 million people around the world having it. A phone with much better build quality, screen and hardware.

Samsung S3 all the way ! LG doesen't have the good management of the hardware that Samsung has and was seen in a lot of LG's models plus LG phones heat up bad and very fast ! I had an LG L7 and was the worst phone that i ever had in my life ! When it was time to charge I was afraid that the phone will melt because it heated up so bad and when I was using the Data Pachage the same thing the phone heated badly !

The problem with LG is that hey put all the best stuff in their devices. But I have to wonder as to the quality of the hardware as LG devices seem to always go n the fritz after not to long. :(

Anonymous, 28 Oct 2012Longer battery life and user-replaceable battery are the reason why I like SG3.I'm considering gnitteg galaxy nexus but I'm worried about battery life coming from iphone 4.Do you think I could get 2 days with 3g off (turned on only occasionally when out of wifi range).I keep my wifi on all the time and have gmail and gtalk push on.
