one of the worst model from samsung i give it 2/10...only camera is good i m using from 8 months it started lagging from day 1...gaming is so poor ...games like subway surfers temple run lags...android OS is ICS...no option to move to sd card...internal memory is too low...samsung has promised to give jellybean to s duos but till know they have not provided anything...software update is too bad...opening message contact gallery take time....first time i got worst experience in samsung and i wasted my money in this model...its better to buy other company mobile...samsung has to do sometime for that or just discontinue s7562 .....to keep reputation

I have this phone. It is very slow ..........not good for a person who plays games. Hangs daily. Not Worth The Price. no App To Sd Option ONLY GOOD IF U ROOT IT.
If U wanna Use A Good Phone i Advice SAMSUNG GALAXY S2

restore ur mobile and remove ur 2 sims and put it again nd switch on mobile.
