my grand says it has 8GB internal memory but only shows 2GB.does upgrading the firmware have anything to do with it.?

Since I have update my samsung account, everytime it's activated, it always asks for sim unlock network pin. N I have inserted the puk n iccid number of my sim card but it doesn't work. Do you have solutions of this problem coz now I cant use it to call. The signal is available but it can't connect with the phone...

Phone hangs a lot , low performance , incoming calls are not reachable while using 3g net , we need latest update for this problems

Samsung Galaxy Grand duos seems good not best cell phone. And has two main problems. First cann't perform add call. second May I need download any document it can download, but cann't perform to open. campany take responsible.
