Lg never made good hardware,full of problems,and i'm a gsm service engineer.one of the most problematic brand in terms of hardware,in thic case htc is one of the least problematic brand betwen this two,and is so good,you can easily compare it with the best ones(apple,nokia,motorolla..),so when comparing lg with htc in terms of durability,lg is way behind,it shouldn't even be compared.lg had their luck with android,because before android,they had one of the worst os in mobile industry.

To me the 'pentile' 720p amoled of S3 is more eye pleasing than 1080p. well i dont doubt that 1080 has an advantage in some way.
same observation when compared with optimus g pro.

hTc really ruined its nicely designed phone by putting ultra pixel cam. i will love same model with 13mp Cam.
LG is really improving a lot. I think in near future if LG improve their service & updates then they will be the tough contender with proper branding. GG LG.

all new phones coming from top android manufacturers like HTC,samsung,sony,LG have snapdragon 1.5-1.8ghz quadcore,13mp camera,2gb ram,4.7-5 inch 1080p screen,jelly bean onboard
So the dealbreaker for people buying these phone would be:
1)battery life
2)build quality
3)price
onboard software doesn't matter since there is always a possibility of other phone UI(even non-android based UI) to be fully ported over to your phone.

The pixel size can define the noise amount viewed at
100 % magnification but overall it hasn't any impact over noise characteristics of the sensor, that said 20mp sensor pictures will be noisier viewed at 100% than 10mp sensor ones (assuming that the sensors have the same size) but once you will re-size 20mp to 10mp the noise will be the same as on 10mp sensor, Nikon D800 has 36mp and it's has better noise performance than Nikon D700 but when you look at both d700 is less noisy but it's just because D700 is 12mp, so the explanation about how bigger pixels are better is useless and false

HTC ONE CAMERA BEATS BY G PRO
The problem is that there aren't a lot of pixels to go around, which puts a hard physical limit on the smallest detail that the HTC One camera can resolve. As we saw, this could cause problems with things like text. The dynamic range isn't much better than that of traditional cameraphones either, so the large pixels didn't help too much here.

Does having higher contrast ratio guarantee improved sunlight legibility or is it that lcd display is better undet sunlight.
Already my buddies are impressed with this phones design especially the front speakers are mind blowing.
