It is not that the phone is no good.
It's ... moreI couldn't agree more.
Latest mobile phones have been a complete disappointment! And both the iphone5 and the samsung s4 are true examples of absolute lack of imagination!
I believe those high shipment numbers are due do mobile phones which are yet to be actually... sold!
Only the future will tell if this phone will be as successful as the S3.
For the time being, we're left with a bitter taste, feeling let down and disappointed...
There is no escape from reality...
Customers were expecting much more, and samsung has deceived them, just like apple had done previously with the iphone5...
Are there no intelligent, innovative, creative designers out there???

Interesting but boring, not worth the upgrade - I am going to wait for the Samsung SV which should only be 9 months away.

S4 is indeed an inovation n was expctin it worst..its a gud upgrade to s3.The phone lacks d design but tat is a personal taste..i wud ve preferd mor s2 like design tho..5 inch goin to be the norm for flagship..coz once if u ve tastd big wit the gadgets you ll never b satisfied wit the smaler one. Bt htc one ll give a tough run for d money only if htc invest s much as samsung on publicity..samsung is much more visible than most brands nowadays

HTC is the maker of All quality pda phone in year of 2000 like O2, Dopod, Imate etc.. and you know xda developers named based of one htc phone...

AnonD-109701, 15 Mar 2013none of them are from htc. just because you are a HTC fan, you think everything is from htc.you don't know much about htc... htc the first android phone maker and google follow some htc idea like odex system potrait to landscape animation and the others.... see htc hd2 already have beautifull widget but if you see samsung first android phone it only have google search bar.... hahahaha... and once more htc the first phone using pen you can see htc flyer.... samsung just copy copy copy htc

I'm sticking with my s3. Most of the features the s4 has will be disabled. Just like my s3. First few days will be very exciting but after that when you see your battery drain. You have to disable. I don't care about plastic or aluminium that much. Not gong to sleep with my phone. And 8 core!!! Why 2 or 4 core is more than enough. RAM is the important thing. 2GB not enough. The only thing seriously. .. I hate about my s3 is the back speaker. It should've been on the front as 2 speakers or at the sides. When the phone rings. . Almost 40 % of the sound dies.
Not going to get it. Not worth the upgrade.

I hands on my friend's galaxy s3 like holding cheap chinese phone because of cheap looking plastic and my chinese phone MITO A322 back cover still better than S4 you can search in google about mito a322

samsung does it the best to give the consumers ( you and me) the best products that our hard earned money can buy. WTF is wrong with that. get a life. check the reviews. the best screens, great camera, amazing quality and innovation. we need samsung to set the bar, great competitor, consumers benefit.
