I don't want to add fuel but if you want to be extra cruel, compare those pictures with the FIRST Galaxy S (yes, the 3 year old 5mpx camera):
AnonD-126837, 23 Mar 2013What impressive 'beats' man? Audio output of 82.7Db Compare to S3 or Iphone5 which has 91,7Db... moreok that's not good for the ringtone speaker but i mean by impressive beats audio their role in the music player. i like HTC but this phone doesn't wowed me despite the lcd screen and the design
It seems as though HTC has blown there hype about there camera out of proportions yet again.

Compare to S3 or Iphone5 which has 91,7Db!
That's 3 Times lower loudness!!!
from the beginning until the final words i haven't found anything impressive more than the design and beats audio and screen
Only 82.7Db in audio output loudness!? Compare to S3 or Iphone5 which has 92Db!That's 3 Times lower loudness!!!

Also check out this link for further proof
http://cdn.gsmarena.com/vv/reviewsimg/htc-one/gsmarena_001.jpg it has a 48 hour endurance rating
the camera is quite disappointing, despite what htc say that it has "ultra pixel" (quite a gimmick) don't care what anyone says,,, 920 takes way better pictures to this
I really wanted to give htc a chance. However despite good design and awesome screen the one will not change my view about them. The absence of expandable memory and non removable battery plus lack of useful features will make me rooted in the Sammy's galaxy s.
So if I have read this correctly even the GSMArena team now say that the "ultra pixels" gimmick is a fail, lack of out of box video codec support (come on HTC its 2013) is a massive fail and again silly MTP USB instead of the much better USBMSM connectivity ..
HTC should of named this handset the HTC Fail.
Please I urge everyone who is even considering this mobile to stop and don't bother, HTC need to be taught a lesson that there incompetence will longer be tolerated and that they should go away and really this about what there potential buyers want.

Battery life un web browsing is 10 hours!!! compared to just 6.5hrs of Sony Xperia Z.
Go troll somewhere else please!!
I really love GSM Arena review here, excellent wordings pick..."Let's not be greedy..lol"
All in all, HTC ONE is a real class, even with the bashing of camera, the test shows clearly it has an advantage on low light surrounding.
Definitely worthy successor, my next phone.

I'm really looking forward to this phone.
i want a comparison between this one and XZ.
they are top two phones right now.
I really wanted to like this phone. The speakers and screen are pretty much it. The camera failed to meet the hype generated around it and I couldn't care less about design, especially when it comes at the cost of delays to launch. With a battery life kinda disappointing and some other minor hiccups, I couldn't justify buying the One over the S4 or, heck, even after the Xperia Z, which has a nice design and water proofing that make up for the less capable SoC and GPU.
