Ask S3 and note2 ... moreLCD suprassing Amoled is an invalid statement simply because LCD was better then Amoled as it has been around longer and its techonology is more mature. The fact that you said LCD suprassed Amoled implies that you're trying to say LCD was previously inferior to Amoled. WRONG! LCD is the original and now Amoled has caught up and S4 is showcasing the true adv's of Amoled. It's as good as LCD now and the S4 has the best screen. You don't like the colouring then change the settings on the S4. Yeah that's right, Sammy being the great phone makers they are give you that option unlike its competitors.
GSMarena are known for praising Samsung? Please read the reviews with your head screwed on because to me if there is bias which IMO not much of it then it's against Sammy or it's in favour of HTC/Sony etc In both comparisons between S4 and the aforementioned One/Z the S4 clearly anihilated them but GSM conclude the review in a manner that favours the other phones to make them look as good as the S4..and if they praise samsung then deal with it! They deserve it for all the GREAT successful phones they have produced.
LOL The S4 demolishes the XperiaZ in everything except Hardware. The S4 has a WAY better camera, a WAY better screen, audio, software, innovation, chipset and more. Even the S3 is as good as that Xperia Z. Sony have nothing to compare against Sammy, even HTC with their One device tramples all over that trash.
And now you say the HTC one offers best in build quality and performance? Oh dear,oh dear. You are very uneducated on these phones aren't you? Even though the One may be built from more premium material the S4 is more compactly built; FACT. The S4 has a faster chipset destroying it in benchmarks, better camera, longer standby, more innovative software capabilities such as multiwindow multitasking amongst the 100 million additions by sammy. The S4 owns the HTC one which is a good phone but nothing on the market compares to S4. Design wise the One/Z are amazing but from the inside there getting the same old beating that Sammy has been giving them for years.
All phones are prone to damage. Your excessive aggression on the Samsung phones is obvious now. Have a good day trolling.

Finally we will choose the phone according to the characteristics that one becomes more important. For me the important thing is:
longer battery life, Win S4. Best Design, Win XZ (something personal). Better quality built, XZ wins. Drop resistance. by check. Display, camera and processor to this high level of quality is not a deciding factor. I think I'll go for XZ, mainly over the issue of accidents (ground or water) and I ruined a phone by a fall in the toilet. before paying $ 700 will wait to see proof of shocks.

Till today Xperia Z was same. Sony never use latest CPU, probably save cost issue or Sony really pick bad timing of announcing / releasing new phone.

visit this website and ull see so many complaints abt XPERIA Z!!! thinking that it is just one site, u can see other people comlaining through other forums,, that explains that XPERIA Z is totally crap
wer can u find a flagship smartphone that after a day or days of use not even a month ull have a sudden death and the system has so many issues!!
polycarbonate is better than other materials dude.. even ur aluminum htc one is badly built check the drop test w/ ip5.. even at 2ft height of drop the speaker cover was already out of the way, and the dents and scratches make the phone look awful... where can u find a day/days old flagship smartphone that already have build issues hanging around web sites now.. go research for different htc One that have material or build issues...

Beside look, Xperia Z can't win any flagship announcing for year 2013.
Xperia Z spec was last year end spec and with it not so good LCD and bad loud speaker.
Nothing part of Xperia Z can be better beside it look and waterproof functionality.

I do agree that SZ is indeed a new break through design from their old crappy SE android phones. But, once again, it proves that Sony break though ONLY with its design. That's all! Are you going to showcase your mobile phone at home or do you actually use it daily?

Ask S3 and note2 ... moreinteresting you point out about s3 and note 2 screens braking, i have not heard of that yet, most of my friends have either the s3 note 2 or iphone 5, and the only phones with any screen or body damage are the so called premium looking iPhones, i myself have dropped my s3 twice on to concrete from waist height and on to tiles in my bathroom there is hardly a mark on it, apart from the silver band there is some scuff marks and indents where the concrete left imprints, but its minimal until you actually look for it the galaxy is by far on paper the best device, only losing out to its competitors on build material alone, personally i like my phone to be durable, because no matter how careful people are, accidents will alway happen, i am looking forward to how well the htc performs in real life situations, but its is clearly the next best phone on the market right now behind samsung and in front of sony, i will no doubt buy a case for this galaxy and then who cares about looks as it will be invisible to most people anyway, buy it will out perform the rest and have the extra functionality of things like battery and storage options lacking in the other 2, well sony does at least have micro sd support.

Ask S3 and note2 ... moreBroke my FOOT. Had my S3 coming to a year, and no screen burnt or crack or whatsoever. The silver bezels are still there, and there are no cracks at all though I dropped the phone once. Camera is still working amazingly since day 1.
I'm going to get S4 again because I do have lots of confident with Samsung.

Ask S3 and note2 users a lot of them had their phones and screens broken due to cheap material quality. Keep in mind the XZ still performs very well, in fact you won't notice the difference between S4 and XZ unless you compare them side by side.
The main argument here is that it's a no brainer choosing a product that's slightly performs better yet looks cheap and breaks easily. Why would I choose such product over a lovely, good looking, unique, premium and great quality phone that I could only find in the XZ?
I'm no Sony fanboy in fact I'm going with HTC ONE since it offers both the best in built quality and performance, however, there is no way I would pick Something as cheap looking and breaks easily like the galaxy.
Gsmarena are known for praising Samsung, they used to claim that amoled's are the best screens, however, time has proven them wrong and LCD screens surpassed them by a wide margin. And now they finally admit that amoled's just now are capable of producing real colors, seriously?
Bottom line, don't be one of those brainwashed teenagers that follow the crowd blindly, be smart, be unique go for what looks best and is worth your money. XZ is the real winner for people who believe in premium, uniqueness, and repectful quality.

We all know t... moreYeah that might work if maybe the Z was gonna have similar spec, but its below par on both that and software. Sony used more readily available tech which takes less time. Not to mention Samsung always releases the Galaxy line around the same time every year. Sony just releases a random model whenever.
Between whats inside if the Z came out two months later it would still be the Z. If the S4 came earlier it would still be the S4. Also not to mention ever since the first Galaxy its been other phones trying to catch up. Sony releases a phone a year later that is slightly better. The Z IS the one to compare to S4 cause its only two months sooner.
So you fans can keep coming up with every excuse you want, but it doesnt change fact

and everyone already suspected the rumours of the galaxy 4 having all this tech in it as early as january before the xperia was announced and released, plus a lot of this tech cannot simply be dreamed up it still has t go through some stage of R&D to make it viable to even put in the phone, again it would suggest that it was already underway by the time the xpera was released.
