I think in the end of it, the Z is like an Iphone on Android. Just works anywhere and is simple to use. Sony should really go after the Iphone crowd. GsmA no for the Z vs one vs Iphone!

I have both the One and the Z right now.
It seems like both screens are on Par, except Z's backlight is more evident and visible to the one on the HTC one, ZOE is the same as Flipboard which my Galaxy had, Both Devices are snappy, and both of them open applications at the same time, I don't understand what is the whole gaga about the speed, The HTC one would only excel in benchmarks at a 20% more rate in some benchmarks only.
I Think the HTC one is as as good as the Xperia Z, except the fact that the housing is kind of having scratches after 2 days, same scenario as the Iphone 5, I would say the Xperia Z would be a better choice.

Good phones without a doubt but just wait until you need to do a hardware reset...Yes, LG Optimus 4X might have just received a JB update but one can remove the battery (and expand the memory) and quickly do a hardware reset (and same goes for Samsung). Non-removable battery is the biggest obstacle for me.

Btw, did you tell the truth that image quality on One's camera is better than Xperia Z's camera? How compare to SGS4's camera? Did GSM Arena tell a bias review?

I say this because with old HTC OneX, I have never had an issue with performance.

Some po... more1 thins this One can't match to SGS4 and XZ camera is detail level since if you zoom in, the 13 mpix will surely surpass 4 mpix. That is why image taken by HTC One can't be cropped or zoom. if you often shoot a landscape or panorama, it might disappoint you. Anyway, knowing that issue, I am still going to HTC One once it is available in my country, coz I rare crop or zoom my photo.

AnonD-100382, 06 Apr 2013i never regret buying xperia z .. it based on what i need., i don't need zoe, beats audio with... morehtc doesn't come with beats headphones in the box to steal your money. you are outdated. but all the new htc 8x,8s,one,butterfly have custom built-in amplifier for headphones output made by beats,like nokia n91 have harman-kardon. all sony devices sounds very very low on headphones. if you like music and headphones, go for any htc mentioned above. all sounds louder and better than ipad 4, wich is also very strong
