Pls my good people advise me on this, I have s3 and every thin is working normal I download and install all type of application fine. But since I bought s4 i can download but i can not install it keep saying pharse error or 049 error I'm confused is the fault from my phone or playstore problem how do i fix the problem?

I Disagree with the part which states "Galaxy S4 is easily worth the extra cost over its predecessor" Here in the UK the SIII is selling for £283 unlocked whilst the S4 is selling for £440. Can't see a reason why the average user would pay £160 for the upgrade.

I think you are using galaxy s4 mini thats why you got only 8gb .. Galaxy have all the features and function mentioned on specification except the video and camera recording are not wider but it can record clear and better then smartphones released on 2013 until now.

HERE IN AMERICA most people have unlimmited 4G data or at least a good chunk of data. I have unlimmited and sometimes I leave the radio app on an fall to sleep using data all night long.
I can feel the pain for the people in other countries with expensive or non existent data plans like in the USA. SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT NEXT TIME IM WASTING DATA
