toucan, 03 Dec 2013S4 way better. Although I am with sp I can say go get s4 mini because it has more.compact.size... moresuperior design?? it depends bro. i does love my sp and the cool transparent strip on it. althogh sg4 mini does cheaper on price and louder on its sound. but it has lower screen resolution, lower cpu n gpu and smaller battery.
choose your best!
AnonD-173540, 08 Aug 2013I am planning to buy the Xperia SP soon.I have read reviews all over the internet and in this ... moreXperia sp speaker comes with pretty amazing quality speakers which is never inferior to any other speakers out there, and about the loudness of the speakers i would say its not that loud but the ringtone it has got in it is something you would never miss, TRUST me, i have used Iphone 4 and some nokia phones, no one would ever sare to say that they couldn't hear their Iphone ringing because of the decent quality if not too noisy, and the speaker really boasts high quality output and i remember listening to it hours some times . If xperia sp would any day to be having any drawbacks, its wont Be its speakers, pal

khan, 24 Oct 2013Which phone is more better xperia p or xperia sp...plz reply quickly...i have already xperia p... moreTrust me,the SP is much better than the P,I also had a P,but I sold it and bought the SP :)
don't buy any sony xperia series phone unless u watch the below video:
almost everyone has problems when you record sound/video in noisy environment. I have xperia sp and it has. The showroom people or sony people did not acknowledge that their device has problems. when you go for checking the phone record video in noisy environment and then play the video you will find out the truth that sony has fitted substandard microphone in almost every xperial model.
Phone gets too hot while playing games nd camera is not that great... Not worth buying
Guys it did nt suport XviD, DIVX Video format.... All those are suported by samsung galaxy phones at this price range... Any 1 plse do giv me a reply.. Plse

Xpfan, 18 Oct 2013Guys Gsmarena claims that this phone has a problem of Viewing angle & also it's color/cont... moreEvery Sony Xperia phone until the Z Ultra and Z1 have has bad viewing angles because of the type of screen used... HOWEVER if this does not bother you since we all watch our phones perpendicularly, I absolutely recommend their phones... The display on my Xperia Acro S is stunning and the Bravia Engine makes picture Pop like an AMOLED screen would but without over saturation of skin tones... And I can read my screen under direct noon sunlight with no problems...
So IN MY PERSONAL OPINION, Xperia screens of midrange and flagship (high ppi) provide for me a great experience with wonderful colors and plenty of brightness and contrast, again if you don't mind the bad viewing angles...
Guys Gsmarena claims that this phone has a problem of Viewing angle & also it's color/contrast isn't good???
How do u feel guys???
plz let me know your Opinion.
i bought this phone because of the hdr video recording option you guys claim it has.
i hasn't. how can you guys make such a mistake and even showing video clip comparison to it?????
Replaced a cracked Nexus4 with this and love it. Last longer and surprised at how good the CPU/GPU is compared to my Nexus.
The only downsides are, only 1GB of RAM (what do you expect for the price), camera isn't good (metering/AWB hardly get's it right), and only 4.1. Oh and browser crashes sometimes, much more often than the Nexus.
Anyways, nice phone and good review as always.
