S4 mini is alot better than s2 it has krait cores rather than cortex a9 on s2 plus its clocked much higher at 1.7ghz rather than 1.2ghz plus it has snapdragon 400 which is alot better than s2's exynos .... S4 mini also has much better ppi and lastly it has 50% more ram at 1.5gb ram rather than 1gb ram

Not bad at all but unrealistic. The TFT Sony display is better for the daily use and the BE2 do the right job in the Album and Movie apps. For the viewing angels... Well I dont want people watching what I am doing so thats an advantage for the privacy.
Sony have ended the 4.1.2 update with the P/S/Acro S etc. So the SP like the Z/ZL will get Android 4.2 soon maybe in June.... And Are not you enough strong to lift up a 155gr phone, are you? LOL
PS. The S4mini is only better in the RAM aspect... But Will you choose the S4 Mini over the S3? (As everyone knows, the SP is better ,in minor aspects, than S3)

S4 vs S4 mini layman comparison
Both can watch 1080p video
Both can record 1080p video
Both can listen to music and expand via sd card
Both can record sound from mic
Both can use bluetooth / wifi / nfc
Both can play the latest games on play store
Both can use as remote control
Both have capable front and back camera
Both can last a day.
Only 1 has fm radio.
Basically s4 mini has all the features of s4 and more, with s4 a hairline faster, better save your money and buy the mini and get more feature.

Well i'm an S2 owner, end of contract, looking for the next phone. The S3 is too big, battery life too poor. The phone i got has a poor battery life without being too big. The S3 mini is basically a step down from the S2 in every spec you look at. The S4 is too big, if only it wasn't so damn expensive. Almost makes the overpriced Iphone range look reasonable if they weren't so midrange by today's standards. So maybe Samsung has come up with a phone that's a decent size and can be operated one handed like the S2, has a worthwhile increase in CPU and GPU performance, and doesn't need recharging religiously every night. You never know, miracles may happen.

S4 mini is NOT Pentile.

If this phone got an excellent audio quality readings (fingers crossed for a Wolfson DAC), I'm definitely getting one.

AnonD-149938, 30 May 2013Thats what I said that the gpu of xsp is better than the mini even though xsp has a 720p scree... moresorry XSP kills s4 mini, in every aspect, ppi is better, bigger dispay, not over saturated, has adreno 320 GPU same as xperia Z, looks way better, and you can pick it up brand new on ebay for about £250..s4 mini will be a lot more..etc..
