Hello friends:;;I am user of this phone and it is bad smartphone. I am suffering in case of poor battery back up. Very bad 8mp exmour hdmr camera. Phone heating problem. No full hd Vedio support. Music quality is not as good as Sony claimed. Display quality is also not good as its price. Only display size is big. Sony Xperia s is much better than this phone. Xperia s price is also godown about 21k. Samsung galaxy express and Nokia 720 and in 14k LG optimus l7 is also good phone in comparison of Xperia l

Xperia SP is the only Sony phone that has good battery life.
im interested with this phone but i still need to wait for the upcoming L9-II from LG so i can compare these two SIDE BY SIDE before i'll make a final decision ...

im a heavy user my battery can last for over 9 hours of straight web browsing... 10 hours for video playback...
F.Y.I. sony is VERY well know for its poor battery ...

My bother own this phone and I have try to use it for some hour. Overall is good enough to cater some small games and some 720P videos without any issues.

xpertone, 04 Jun 2013I had two sony phones but because of bad experienced with them i switched to LG.
I still love... morepoor display? Xperia P user here, and tried several Xperia phone includes Sola, U, Acro S, SL, V, Z, ZL. Yes, they are not the best display in the market, but they aren't poor, at least for me. For me, Htc One has the best display currently.
poor battery? my Xperia P having a lower endurance rating compare to Xperia L wif only 28h by gsmarena, but not a problem for me coz i m not a heavy user. And also, EVERY SMARTPHONE BATTERY WON'T LAST LONG WITH HEAVY USE, at least my dad's Note 2, my sis IPhone 4s and my fren's S3 S2 Htc One X IPhone 4 doesn't...

Sony offers is one of the best in the market, bravia engine, walkman player, premium build , great design, decent camera ,what else do you want? android 4.2 .3.4.5.6.7.7. wtf lol, i hate android, i love sony smartphone.
